I had sun tunnel installed in windowless hall bathroom. From first contact, service was professional friendly efficient (minimal wait time), multiple roles helping eg. scheduler, manager/planner, workers/installers. All were kind intelligent knowledgeable trustworthy. Full service fully recommend can’t say enough! The outcome was better and more light than I expected! Minimal mess.inside. Outside spotless back to baseline like nothing happened. LOVE my SUNtunnel!! Thank you Starway team!! (Before/After pics are natural light/ no electricity)

I was very pleased with the free roof inspection and overall experience. Paul Beiler was thorough in assessing the roof and took the time afterward to show me pictures of the areas of concern, explain what he found, and walk me through his recommendations. He was knowledgeable and answered my questions clearly. I did get the impression that a full roof replacement was his preferred recommendation; however, with my metal roof being approximately 15 years old, I’m not financially prepared to replace the entire roof at this time, nor do I feel a full replacement is warranted just yet. I appreciated that Paul was willing to discuss a more targeted replacement option and provide a detailed quote for addressing the areas that currently need attention. While the quoted price was a little higher than I anticipated, I appreciated the transparency regarding the work involved and what was included in the price, including a 10-year workmanship warranty.

Absolutely impressed with Starway! Just had them replace my the roof on my home and it looks amazing. From start to finish all the staff have been very friendly and helpful; no concern or question is too much trouble as this company wants to ensure that every customer is happy and satisfied with the quote, spec, workmanship, and service. I have an older house so there were various issues to contend with, but they solved every problem. Their crew worked hard and had the work completed in a day. Clean-up was excellent too. Great roofing company. We interviewed 4 roofing companies and selected Starway and I am so glad we did. They did a quality job and are a first rate company. They took care when doing the project to not damage our property and took the roof off and put the new one on in a day. I highly recommend them.
