Due to a severe storm on September 2, 2026, a huge tree fell on the roof of my home damaging the main roof over my attic and a lower roof over my kitchen.
The next morning, I called Starway, as they were the company that installed a new roof on my home 2 1/2 yrs prior.
Andrew came right out to my house, taking pictures of the damage and then patching and tarping over the holes to prevent any more water getting in. He, then, kept in contact with me through phone calls and texts to keep me informed of the process.
Working with Starway has been a very good experience. They have been very quick to respond after the storm and in getting me into their job schedule to get the new roof installed.
Everyone I've talked to from Andrew, who originally came out, to Tim, the manager and Zane, the crew boss, who were here the day of the install, have been very professional, keeping me updated through texts and emails every step of the way. The workers, 2 men and 2 ladies worked very hard and efficiently. Everything was cleaned up and in order by the end of the day.
I'm very happy with all the work that was done and all the people that I dealt with at Starway Roof Systems. I would highly recommend Starway Roof Systems for anything roofing related.

Starway is a great company to work with. The initial and thorough inspection of my existing roof was documented with photographs that proved to me that a new roof was necessary. The cost estimate was transparent - I knew exactly what and how much I would be paying for materials and labor. The scheduling was prompt, the staff at Starway responsive, the workmanship - exceptional. An added bonus were the photographs of the work in progress.

Erma & Sadie in the office were very kind to deal with and had excellent customer service skills. The communication was great from the start of the process until the end. They text me updates such as when the old roof was removed, when the underlayment material was installed, and when the new shingles were installed. Hayden kept the installers on task and they worked from 6:30 A.M. until dark. The clean-up was great.
